Michael Singleton, Principal
Mr. Singleton has over 20 years experience in the provision of energy related research including resource planning, socio-economic analysis and energy efficiency program design, delivery and evaluation. He has developed both energy database applications and cost effectiveness tools for use in DSM planning and analysis. |

Melinda Clarke, Principal
Ms. Clarke has over 15 years experience in CDM program planning, cost effectiveness analysis and evaluation. She provides OEB regulatory support to the major gas and electrical utilities in Ontario and was a developer of SLG's cost effectiveness analysis tool SeeToolTM. |

Melissa Felder, Associate
Ms. Felder is an environmental engineer specializing in sustainable energy, waste management, and transportation-related initiatives. She has recently developed an investment roadmap tool for emerging environmentally sustainable technologies in Canada and also coordinated the national "Green Power in Canada" workshop series. |

H.R. (Bob) Bach, Associate
Mr. Bach has specialized expertise related to energy efficient technologies and achieving market transformation, as well as all aspects of sustainable building design and operation. He has been principal researcher for a number of energy related technologies projects, has significant experience related to technology and marketplace assessments. |

Greg Vermeulen, Associate
Mr. Vermeulen conducts primary research, statistical & other quantitative analysis. He also provides strategic communications and marketing services for CDM programs. He holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the University or Toronto. |
